Trading terms
How we quote
We don't publish prices. Trade pricing moves week to week and depends on quantity, so send us your list and we'll quote against it.

| Lead time | Air 3–5 days from cleared payment. Sea 4–5 weeks. |
| Payment | 100% in advance against proforma invoice. We buy your stock outright, so orders are placed once funds clear. |
| Documentation | Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin |
| Importer of record | The buyer. You clear the goods and pay destination duty and VAT. |
Before you order
We check the floor before we quote
Wholesale stock moves. A price we can't fill is worth nothing to you, so availability is confirmed with the supplier before a quote goes out, and every quote carries a validity date.
If a line is short, we'll tell you before you commit — and usually offer the equivalent from a second supplier rather than leaving a gap in your order.

Brands, pack sizes, quantities and your destination port. We'll come back with a price and a lead time.
